TEHRAN – The former Iranian ambassador to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) told the 12th Security Conference in Amman on Wednesday the “the Zionist regime is our first enemy and we should set aside differences to counter Zionism.”

Ali Asghar Soltanieh said the issue of Palestine is not an Arab issue, rather, it is a human and global issue, as it is a matter of the uttermost importance to Iran, IRNA reported.

The 12th Jordan Security Conference, attended by representatives from 39 countries, was held at the University of Jordan in Amman.
